Our three course fixed price menu is just £26.95 per person and our great value 2 course lunch and early diners menu £15.95.
Our atmospheric, air-conditioned restaurant is full of oak beams and columns with great character and our philosophy is ‘to serve freshly prepared food using high quality raw materials at great value prices’.
The food is complemented with a superb wine list giving a choice of 10 house wines, available by the bottle or the glass and a further selection of wines from Europe and New World countries. We genuinely believe that our wine list offers the best value quality wines in the area.
If you prefer something quicker or more informal you can have lunch or dinner in our lovely bar or in the garden where you can choose individual dishes from both the restaurant or pub menus from 12 noon with last food orders at 21:30 and 22:00 Friday and Saturday.

Great service. Nice relaxed atmosphere.We were warmly welcomed to The Barn, which was just a few minutes walk from Tunbridge Wells station, just off the main street. It was a great place to meet for a relaxed family meal together. We sat upstairs in the restaurant part. Service was attentive without feeling rushed. Everybody enjoyed their meal and prices were reasonable (compared to some other TW places I had checked out). Thank you to the staff at The Barn.

Best Mixed Grill we have ever had!Our first visit to The Barn and we had a lovely lunch, probably the best Mixed Grill we have ever had. Beautiful building with many different spaces to sit in , the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was good quality and well cooked and presented. We will certainly visit again when we visit Tunbridge Wells.

What an excellent placeCannot say enough about this excellent place. The restaurant has a spacious feel and traditional beams for atmosphere. The food was extremely good, with extra care taken for our one coeliac guest. The ‘mocktail’ downstairs in the bar was excellent too for one of our teetotal guests. The coffees after our meal were fantastic – and great value too. The service was perfect. The table for six was ideal too, v-big enough to give us space and compact enough for us to be able to converse across it. 5* and a very strong recommendation without any hesitation.
